National plastic Heater designs and engineers a wide variety of temperature control panels for different applications. We have entire systems that are fit for complex process heating control applications requiring electric heaters, temperature controls, and temperature sensors. Our panels can be built with one zone or as many as 36 temperature control points. We provide in-house calibration and servicing so you only have to rely on us for all your requirements.

From Temperature Control Panels that are expected to work in 60ºC conditions, to laboratory that are to keep up with temperatures inside +/ - 0.01ºC.

These Temperature Control Panels, or Power Panels, could be designed to withstand wash downs with corrosive chemicals, with all components on the panel conforming to IP 65 and NEMA 4X standards. Additionally, we can integrate components for steam booster heaters or recirculation heaters with flow fail-safe interlocks. Applications for these panels include temperature controls with Hi temperature fail-safe alarms (FM approved), Loop break alarms, Heater break alarms, heater Current Indication and Shorted Output Device (contactor) alarms or annunciation.
